Four real screens of the SDE city app: home, the nine-service grid, the claim form and the history
The four screens that matter: home, services, claim, history.

01

A direct channel, and nothing else

The brief was to give the citizens of Santo Domingo Este a direct channel to the services the city council actually runs: incident claims, garbage collection times, truck routes, tourist spots, city news. The whole design job was refusing to add a ninth thing.

02

One week, 250+ reports

The first delivery reached members of the city council and involved citizens, and the suggestions told us which services to move on next. 100+ users tested the app and 250+ reports were created in one week. Interactions with the council went up. The next step was a backoffice that could hold every service.
